For the sick and the broken, for the hungry and the poor,

You have set your hope in me.

For the weak and defenceless, for the voiceless and the scorned,

You have set your hope in me.

For the bruised and the beaten, for the trafficked and abused,
For the Orphan and widow, the outcast and refugee
You have set your hope in me.

For the sad and the hopeless, for the blind and the deaf,
For the lowly and empty, the forsaken and exposed,
You have set your hope in me.

Who shines Your light, who shows Your grace?

In this dark and broken world
Who lives Your love, who speaks Your truth?
Where is heaven touching the earth.
